Environment Canada and the Quebec Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks are holding a one-month,聽focused consultation on a renewed Canada-Qu茅bec agreement for the St. Lawrence River.

We will ask Herb Gray and Clifford Lincoln to comment on how politicians and the political process work for and against the achievement of goals such as conserving and restoring the St. Lawrence River.
