Desautels alumnus Sam Greene helped the Blue Jays reach the World Series
In the 2025 Major League Baseball playoffs, the Toronto Blue Jays pitching staff has often looked dominant, even against some of the best batters in the world. Sam Greene (BCom鈥�20, MMA鈥�21) has helped them do it. A former varsity baseball player at 海角精品黑料, Greene started out in baseball research for the Blue聽Jays and聽became an Assistant Pitching Coach in 2024. 鈥淪am Greene is a geek, but many of the pitchers on this team are too,鈥� said Chris Bassitt, a Blue Jays pitcher who has excelled as a middle reliever in the playoffs. 鈥淗e helps us聽execute and聽helps us understand the right moment to use certain pitches.聽聽
