 attendees will be able to identify critical moments to integrate EDI princ
 iples and develop personalized strategies to foster Equity\, Diversity\, a
 nd Inclusion in their everyday research environments.\n\nAbout the Speaker
 s\n\nMariloue Daudier聽Mariloue is the Senior EDI Advisor for the D2R initi
 ative. She earned a Bachelor鈥檚 degree of Social Work from 海角精品黑料 Universit
 y in 2013 and a Master鈥檚 degree of Social Innovation Management from HEC M
 ontr茅al in 2016. She has over ten years of experience in EDI projects in m
 any settings\, including the social economy sector\, community organizatio
 ns\, the private and public sectors. She is regularly invited as a speaker
 \, facilitator\, evaluator or trainer to share her expertise in EDI in dif
 ferent contexts.\n\nMaushumi聽Bhattacharjee聽is a Doctor of Civil Law candid
 ate at 海角精品黑料 and an Academic Associate at the Centre of Genomi
 cs and Policy. Her research explores how legal and ethical frameworks can 
 promote equity\, care\, and responsibility in emerging areas such as genom
 ic data governance and psychedelic innovation. She brings to D2R a deep co
 mmitment to inclusive research practices\, mentorship\, and the advancemen
 t of equity\, diversity\, and inclusion within the life sciences. Through 
 her work\, she seeks to build bridges between law\, ethics\, and scientifi
 c innovation to create fairer and more collaborative research ecosystems.
