During my internship at Saputo, I had the privilege of gaining firsthand experience in the complex and fast-moving world of regulatory affairs in the food industry. Coming from a background in bioresource engineering, I was eager to see how the concepts I studied in the classroom translated into real-world challenges within one of Canada’s largest food processing companies. The internship not only allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the team but also pushed me to grow both technically and professionally.
