 ways to take action to be more supportive of fellow colleagues\, students 
 etc in the department.\n\nWhere and when: Wednesdays 2:30pm-3:30pm in BURN
  708 and online\, starting Sept 21\n\nPedagogy discussion group\n\n\n	What:
  biweekly 1h discussion on issues of teaching and pedagogy in the mathemat
 ical sciences and related fields. We'll decide what we'll do together at t
 he first meeting\, but a suggestion is to read the MAA Instructional Pract
 ices Guide over the course of the semester.\n\nWho: anyone interested (fac
