The Program Overview is a plan of study for most students in the B.A. (Medicine and Health Sciences); Faculty Program in Population and Global Health program. It allocates space for completing all of the requirements in your degree and schedules your experiential learning in the correct semester. Please note, students needing to complete Foundation year will be starting in Year 0, thus, will be following a four-year study plan (see Newly Admitted tab).

[Bachelor of Arts (Medicine and Health Sciences) - Faculty Program in Population and Global Health (90 Credits)]

To obtain a Bachelor of Arts, Faculty Program in Population and Global Health, students must:

  1. Pass all courses counted towards the Faculty Program in Population and Global Health with a grade of C or higher; and
  2. Confirm that their course selection satisfies the required components of the Department of Global and Public Health core, and that the complementary courses are approved courses in their chosen Stream.
  3. Fulfill the graduation requirements as adjudicated by the Faculty of Arts, which can be found on the Faculty of Arts website

Students should complete the Freshman program by the end of their U0 year. All required courses part of the Faculty program must NOT be taken using the Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Option. Contact the Faculty of Arts OASIS Advisor for more information.
