Students referred by a Quebec Professional Order

This fee exemption is applicable to International and Canadian (non-QC) Special Students taking courses to satisfy requirements to be part of a Quebec professional order.

To be exempt from the out-of-province or international tuition supplements, students must:

  1. Be attending 海角精品黑料 as an international student or Canadian out of province student.
  2. Be enrolled as a non-degree Special Student in any term. For more details on Special Student admission requirements, refer to the following pages:
  3. Be referred by a professional order or body governing one of the regulated professions in Quebec. The order will provide a letter detailing the required training for certification to practice and become a member of the professional order.
  4. Submit this letter at the time of admission as part of your application.

There is no other action required from the student for this exemption to be reflected in the fee account. The university will apply the credit automatically based on the criteria noted above. Note that if you initially benefit from this exemption and your registration status changes later, resulting in ineligibility, you will be billed the international or Canadian fee supplement at that time.

While completing courses at 海角精品黑料 based on a referral by a Quebec professional order, you may only complete those courses that have been prescribed by a 海角精品黑料 Faculty as fulfilling the competencies outlined in your official letter from the professional order.
