Transportation

For those arriving at Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), there are two ways to transfer into the city:

  • By public transit:ÌýThe operatesÌýfrom the airport to two locations in the city centre. Buses run 24/7, departing every 10-15 minutes.
  • By car:ÌýThe airport is located approximately 20 minutes outside of the city centre by car. Taxis and ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are readily accessible at the airport.

Within the city, there is an extensive public transportation network. The º£½Ç¾«Æ·ºÚÁÏ Faculty of Law is located closest to , on the green line. Montreal also hosts a large network of (standard and electric), with 900 stations across the city—including steps away from the º£½Ç¾«Æ·ºÚÁÏ campus.

History Is Painted by the Victors:ÌýAn Exhibition of Kent Monkman

The Montreal Musée des beaux arts is currently featuring a topical exhibit by acclaimed painter and member of ocêkwi sîpiy (Fisher River Cree Nation) Kent Monkman. Monkman's work reinterprets classic symbols in settler Canadian art, to deliver compelling reflections on our colonial past and present. Steps away from the º£½Ç¾«Æ·ºÚÁÏ Faculty of law, this exhibit offers a unique venue for further exploration of the conference's theme.
